In 2020, Walmart Health closed its Auburn Gresham and Humboldt Park locations during the unrest in Chicago, leaving many in the community disappointed. To rebuild trust, they reopened the stores with new Walmart Health centers, offering affordable care to show they truly value their neighbors. Our job was to tell this story in the warmest, most neighborly way possible.​​​​​​​
Phase 1
While the stores were being renovated, we created communication to pique the curiosity of customers in these neighbourhoods.
Phase 2
After the stores reopened, we dropped a campaign that launched the Walmart Health Centers and brought alive the promise of affordable healthcare for all. This campaign comprised of in-store, digital and outdoor ads.



Phase 3
We also created magazine ads to further drive home the promise of affordable healthcare for all.
